Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update after the Leaders meeting last Wednesday.  The Leaders are still working on the programme for the coming term and we’ll update OSM with details as the meetings are firmed up.  We just need to clarify start times for the Beavers in particular as the Beaver leaders need time to get to Foundry house after work.

Beavers – drop off between 5:15pm and 5:30pm with meeting running from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  Please don’t turn up earlier as there may be no one there.

Cubs – drop off between 6:15pm and 6:30pm with meeting running from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

Scouts – meeting running from 7:30pm to 9:00pm as usual.

We currently have a large number of Cubs in particular, and with Pat currently recovering, the leaders will need extra support from Parent Helpers, especially for outside activites.  We may need to set up a Parent rota to avoid having to reduce numbers.  It would be a great help if anyone is able and willing to put themselves forward as a regular Parent Helper for any section too.  If you are willing and able, even just occasionally, please let me or one of the Leaders know.
