Cubs Tree Planting – Castle Dock Woods, Stackpole
We will be planting some trees to replace those lost in storms in the hope that they will be there for the next 100 years of Cub Scouting!
Meet in Castle Dock Woods, Stackpole at 10am (pick up at 3pm). Group Neckerchief, wellies or walking boots, warm and waterproof outer clothing to be worn. Bring a packed lunch and drinks. Activity form (available to download below) can be printed and filled out beforehand. Map of Castle Dock Car Park is available below for download.
Cubs Trip to Cardiff – Wednesday 22nd Feb
Please remember that the bus for Cardiff will be departing from the Scout Hall in Lamphey at 8am promptly so please aim to arrive a little before 8am. Expected return time is 8pm but Pat will contact parents if this changes significantly.
Cubs Meet 6pm@Freshwater East on Wed 8th Feb
As we can’t have the Hall this Wednesday the Cubs are going to meet at Freshwater East at 6pm and work on Communicators Badge (torches are a MUST). We will finish b y 7.15
Link Hands Around the Walls – 19th November 2016
We have been asked to join with the Pembroke Town Walls Trust to help raise funds to maintain and restore Pembroke’s historic medieval Town Walls by joining the sponsored ‘Link Hands Around The Walls’ even at midday on Saturday 19th November. Sponsor form is attached. Please sign up for the event in My.Scout and print out and use the sponsor form below. Please meet at 11:30am in the Commons Car Park.
Cubs Meeting @ Freshwater East on Wed 14th Sept
We are holding our Cub Meeting on Freshwater East Beach tomorrow. We will meet in the Car Park at 6pm and make our way onto the beach for 6.15 start (normal time). We will be fire lighting and cooking marshmallows, Cubs must wear neckerchiefs, with weather appropriate clothing. It is forecast to be a sunny day tomorrow so fingers crossed we have made the right decision. The Cubs WILL NOT be allowed in the sea. Parents will be welcome to stay if they wish – otherwise we will finish around 7.30 (normal time).
First meeting of new term on 7th September
The first meeting of the new term will be on Wednesday 7th September – normal times/normal place. For those signed up to pay subs by direct debit, payment will be initiated on Wednesday 7th. Any issues with online payments or access to My.Scout please contact Iain by email at iainomnet@gmail.com

Cub Fun Day 11th June @ Builth Wells
For all those attending the Cub Fun Day in Builth Wells on Saturday 11th June, please make sure you read the attached letter carefully. Please be at Lamphey Village Hall on Saturday by 7:15am. If you haven’t already paid for the bus, please bring along your £10. Make sure you have your Rucksack with all the essentials for the day.
